feature:install cannot install Artemis feature

      1. Login to hawtio.
      2. Click on OSGI tab.
      3. Click on Feature tab.
      4. Try to install artemis feature. (e.g. artemis-amqp/2.4.0.amq-710008-redhat-1)
      5. You will get error message. (for "artemis-amqp/2.4.0.amq-710008-redhat-1" feature it is "org.apache.karaf.features.internal.util.MultiException : Error: Error downloading mvn:org.apache.activemq/artemis-amqp-protocol/2.4.0.amq-710008-redhat-1")

      Expected behavior: I expect to install artemis features correctly.

      Current behavior: If I install artemis/2.4.0.amq-710008-redhat-1 feature, it returns success message with install button still enabled. If I install other artemis feature, I get error message.
