Cxf quickstarts contain unnecessary dependencies

I was looking over the cxf quickstart poms and I found some issues there:

1. cxf-camel-cxf-code-first and cxf-camel-cxf-contract-first quickstarts have many unnecessary testing dependencies in pom. The only necessary dependency is junit, the others can be safely removed.
2. There is asm-all defined in dependencyPlugin, this can be removed too.
3. camel-blueprint and camel-cxf can be set to provided scope.
