Upgrade Quickfix/J component from 1.6.2 to 1.6.4

The customer has a requirement to use custom truststores within Quickfix/J component (wrapped by camel-quickfix). Asking to the community about the SSL support on Quickfix/J, we received the following reply:

AFAIR there were changes to the validations of client certificates and custom truststores in QFJ 1.6.3.

If you do not need this functionality then using QFJ 1.6.2 and a recent Java8 version should do.

Today, we rely on QFJ 1.6.2, so to help the customer with his requirements a update to 1.6.4 is needed.
