      Logs show:

      2017-06-21 16:28:02,215 | WARN  | ool-276-thread-1 | ContainerImpl                    | 171 - io.fabric8.fabric-core - 1.2.0.redhat-630254 | Container overlay has missing profiles [my-custom-profile]

      and custom profiles are not present in the new profile version after adding the 6.3 R3 patch to their system. Error occurs after:

      1) upgrading patch management
      2) Verify custom profiles are present
      3) patch:add for the R3 patch.

      Note: rollbacks have previously occurred during patching on this system
