Shutting down Fuse ESB does not delete lock file

    Description

      When starting FuseESB it creates a lock file in the root directory.
      When you shutdown Fuse ESB cleanly, either from the console without logout, or using bin/stop script.
      The lock file is not deleted, and its still there.
