JAAS FileAuditLoginModule does not log explicit logouts

      The FileAuditLoginModule contains some code to catch logout actions:

      case LOGOUT: actionStr = "Explicit logout"; break;

      But logout actions are not being logged when logging out of the Karaf shell or the Hawtio console. Other authentication actions are logged correctly.
