Many fabric8 patching tests are failing on windows with UnsupportedOperationException

Man of the patching related tests are failing on Windows, for example io.fabric8.patch.management.GitPatchManagementServiceTest.addPatch1 fails with

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException
at io.fabric8.patch.management.GitPatchManagementServiceTest.initializationPerformedBaselineDistributionFoundInSystem(GitPatchManagementServiceTest.java:115)
at io.fabric8.patch.management.GitPatchManagementServiceTest.addPatch1(GitPatchManagementServiceTest.java:144)
