The JIRA ENTESB-5236 provide a complete solution for a DigestPasswordLoginModule that works with CXF JAASLoginInterceptor. Unfortunately, we can not introduce the solution to 6.2.1 as a patch since some interdependencies introduced.

However, we should be able to backport the fix of the JIRA CXF-6903 only to JBoss Fuse 6.2.1 in order to provide a CXF infrastructure for users to write their own custom DigestPassword login modules, for instance, DigestPasswordLoginModule or DigestPasswordLDAPLoginModule, etc.
