JBoss EAP CP07+ patch apply changes jboss-as-config XSD

JBoss Fuse 6.2.1 installer on JBoss EAP 6.4 with CP07 Installation fails. It works up to EAP 6.4.6 since the jboss:domain stays 1.7 till that.

standalone.xml jboss:domain increased from 1.7 to 1.8 on CP7 patch apply and then the Fuse Installer on EAP fails. Following is the result:
