ComponentDefinitionException in servicemix-http component

      When running the JBI servicemix-http component in Fuse ESB 7.0.2, you see this exception at startup:

      This is caused by a fix that got merged that adds a few properties to the Blueprint file, but the change that actually adds these properties to the HttpConfiguration class is not available in the same branch.
