Time Filters generates bad values to the query field

The Time filters does not works properly if I choose date in last(next) month.
For example:
1) I want to filter artifacts by Date Created filter. If I set the "dateCreatedTo" field to value in last month the filter does not works properly.
2) If I set the date to "10/01/2015" it generates the same query as "11/01/2015"
