Ontology which was downloaded and after that was uploaded to server cause an error

When I download the existing ontology from repository and after that upload the downloaded ontology back to the server, the server reports an error. I think it can be because there are two ontology with the same ID in repository because of the uuid tag in downloaded artifact.
