hawtio-swagger can not fetch the api-docs for JBoss Fuse Quickstart: rest

      After creating/provisioning a new container with Quickstart-rest profile Hawtio Swagger can't fetch the service api-docs through the Swagger link located in Hawtio console > Fabric > Services > APIs tab.

      When you clik the Swagger link hawtio redirects to Swagger-UI but appears only this message on the page:

      fetching resource list: http://localhost:8181/hawtio/proxy/127.0.0.1/8182/cxf/crm/api-docs

      Looking in the browser JS console it seems to be a JS issuie in swagger.js:214. See the attached screenshot.

      Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined

      If you use The WADL link it works fine. Through the WADL page you can hit the `/api-docs` operation with a successful HTTP 200 response.
