when creating remote containers after 6.2 P1 is applied, the containers fail to start. The error is the same as reported by ENTESB-3462 and the manual work around corrects the problem.

Our understanding before we released 6.2 P1 was that these manual steps were only needed for existing containers. Once the fabric was patched any new containers created would be correctly provisioned.

The workaround although straightforward will not scale if you have any number of remote containers.
