Several bundles have their status = resolve and scala is deployed with 2 different versions

    Description

      After creating fabric and installing also insight profiles, many bundles have their bundles status = to resolve. If we enable more debug for Apache Felix, then chain dependencies are reported --> https://gist.github.com/cmoulliard/6c072f3ed3050f2655fd#file-txt-L1761-L2613

      Could the problem be related to the fact that scala is deployed twice with 2 different versions and that swagger reexport same packages as exposed by scala bundle ?
