Executing container-create-child with argument "--ensemble-server" does not create a new container. See output of the command:

      JBossFuse:karaf@root> container-create-child --ensemble-server root test2
Creating new instance on SSH port 8103 and RMI ports 1101/44446 at: /home/avano/work/jboss-fuse-6.2.0.redhat-133/instances/test2
The following containers have been created successfully:
      	Container: test2.Registry Password: ZKENC=YWRtaW4=

in the log I can only see:

      2015-07-07 11:10:34,088 | INFO | container test2 | FabricServiceImpl | ? ? | 77 - io.fabric8.fabric-core - 1.2.0.redhat-133 | The container test2 has been successfully created

but in the container-list I can see:

      JBossFuse:karaf@root> container-list
[id] [version] [type] [connected] [profiles] [provision status]

                                               fabric-ensemble-0000-1
