"Exit" command is not available on fabric child containers

      In a fabric environment, create a child container and connect to the container. Then use exit to leave:

      JBossFuse:admin@test> exit
Command not found: exit

      This worked in 6.1 and also works correctly from the root container:

      BossFuse:karaf@root> exit

bluebird:jboss-fuse-6.2.0.redhat-133 sjavurek$

      As workaround users may use ^D to leave the child.
