Create a fabric and install the jsr-311 , jclouds-aws-ec2 , and fabric-jclouds features (by creating a profile, adding the features, and deploying the profile).

After installing the jsr-311, jclouds-aws-ec2, and fabric-jclouds features in a Fabric container, the set of fabric:cloud-* commands are unavailable. This makes it impossible to create and manage a fabric in the cloud. Of the cloud-related commands, only fabric:container-create-cloud becomes available, and this command will not work unless you have previously registered a cloud provider using the fabric:cloud-service-add command (which is unavailable).
