[OSE] [6.2] creating openshift fuse or amq cartridge to the existing fabric sometimes fails with repeated "CLIENT_ERROR: Authentication failed" in "control start"

      Occurs only sometimes (soak test of 10 iterations usually triggers this at least once on QE env)

      The soak test does repeatedly this:

      create "root" fuse application
      create "fuse" fuse application (to join into the existing "root" fabric)
      create "amq" amq application (to join into the existing "root" fabric)

      Creating an AMQ or Fuse gear from openshift to join into an existing Fuse fabric in the OSE domain sometimes fail with repeated "CLIENT_ERROR: Aut
      hentication failed" in the openshift logs.

      This may be the same issue as https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-2986 , only now without the NPE.
