DESCRIPTION
        fabric:profile-refresh

	Performs a change to the profile, that triggers the deployment agent (It's intended to be used for scanning for snapshot changes)

SYNTAX
        fabric:profile-refresh [options] profile [version] 

ARGUMENTS
        profile
                The target profile to edit
        version
                The version of the profile to edit. Defaults to the current default version.
                (defaults to 1.0)

OPTIONS
        --help
                Display this help message
