[6.2] ./cxf/fabric8 REST API endpoint is not secured

Every Fabric container registers CXF endpoint that provides REST API to access config of containers, zokeeper registry etc. By default HTTP access is not restricted, therefore anyone can mess with the configuration, delete profiles etc.
