StandAlone brokers created in fabric aren't registered in ZooKeeper

    Description

      When broker is created with --kind StandAlone property , brokers isn't registered into ZK. Because of this there isn't not possible to use fabric:discovery, gateway and creating networks with standalone brokers in fabric.
