    Description

Attempting to deploy example-cxf-cxf.server on a child container fails with

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Stream handler unavailable due to: For input string: "${app1.port}"

The app1.port property is used to be able to use the same profile on both OpenShift and non-OpenShift Fuse instances.

The example-cxf-cxf.should probably only use the "app1.port" in a "#openshift"-specific profile and not have this hardcoded.
