After 6.1.1 was released, our patch file names continue to use 6.0 in the names, however, the id of the patch changed to 6.1.1.

We should agree on a naming convention where these two are consistent. This helps customers who have chose to automate the patch process so all they need to feed into their scripts is the zip filename.
