[OSE] [6.1.R2P2] [patching] hawtio briefly online before HTTP 503 after installation

      1. install the patched-version of amq 6.1.1, openshift-origin-cartridge-amq-6.1.1.redhat.412-9.el6.noarch.rpm
      2. create AMQ gear (also affect Fuse, although the issue is more apparent in AMQ)
      3. open the hawtio console immediately after the installation and try to use it
      4. notice it will start to fail

      Since the fix for https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-2755, the hawtio is now briefly available immediately after installation, before being offline again for a while returning HTTP 503 as the bundles are restarted after patching, eventually being online and fully functioning again.
