Hawtio creates config dirs in current user dir

$ find . -name "\$*"
./${hawtio.config.dir:}
./itests/standalone/${hawtio.config.dir:}

Generally, hawtio should respect appserver directory locations for config, logs, data, etc. It should not write to locations outside of appserver home
