[OSE] [6.2] when not fully initialiazed profile is removed container hangs in updating state

    Description

      When profile with bundeles, that can't be started due to failure/error (e.g. message broker is not available for camel-mq quickstart) is removed manually from the container afterwards, the provisioning state hangs on "updating (stopping bundles)".
