[OSE] first fuse gear creation failure causes all other attempts in the same domain to fail

      1. add sleep 360 to the /var/lib/openshift/.cartridge_repository/redhat-amq/*/bin/upgrade script to simulate the timeout failure
      2. create a amq application called "amq" in a domain called "test"
      3. wait until the creation fails
      4. remove the sleep from the upgrade script
      5. attempt to create a amq application called "amq"
      6. notice the creation fails

    Description

      When fuse gear creation fails due to a timeout, the domain env variables are not removed, which causes all other attempts at creating fuse gears in the same domain to fail.
