Add missing xalan and xmlresolver bundles to lib/endorsed directory in JBoss Fuse distro

The version of fabric8 1.2 being used to build the distribution does not include xalan and xmlresolver anymore, hence they are missing in the final JBoss Fuse distributions.
These endorsed libraries were present in JBoss Fuse 6.1 and are necessary for a lot of Camel components, causing issues such as ENTESB-2383 when missing. So they need to be explicitly added back to the JBoss Fuse distribution.
