Integration tests for quickstarts

Currently, we only have integration tests for the cbr example (in Fabric8) and for the extra Camel components in the Fuse project.

Unfortunately, most of these tests are currently disabled, but once they're working again, it would probably make sense to add tests for all the examples. Those tests would probably also be good to have as smoke tests, so we can ensure that at least our own quickstarts are working fine in a kit.
