Integration tests for standalone patching mechanism

Currently, there are no integration/smoke/system tests at all for the patching mechanism.

It would be good to have tests for installing a patch and rolling back with:

• a basic patch file with only bundle.x entries
• a patch file with modified bundle.x.range configuration
• a patch file which includes static files (e.g. a script) to be updated

(This issue is for the standalone patching mechanism, ENTESB-2687 tracks the same requirement for the Fabric8-based patching mechanism)
