    Description

      From ENTESB-1917.
      When crating CXF client with io.fabric8.cxf.FabricLoadBalancerFeature, we can get "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The AlternateAddressList is empty, please fresh the list shortly."

      Created CXF client is ready after short while, when curator's ConnectionStateListener is notified about changes to ZK registry.
