When using FMC to create a child container and deploying some FAB artifact using fabric:profile-edit --fabs on windows FMC fails to provision with the exception :

Error - Java.io.ioexception: Could Not Transfer Artifact Org.apache.servicemix.bundles:org.apache.servicemix.bundles.commons-lang:jar:2.4_6 From Repos0 (file:/c:/users/administrator/.m2/repository/): Specified Destination Directory Cannot Be Created: C:\work\fmc-1.0.0.fuse-00-061\instances\mytestcontainer\file:\c:\users\administrator\.m2\repository\org\apache\servicemix\bundles\org.apache.servicemix.bundles.commons-lang\2.4_6

It surely looks like some path calculation issue where it appends child container home before the repository location of the bundle.
