Links placed in upper bar of RH Access (
Open New Case
List Cases
Search Case
Diagnose Log
Search Articles and Solutions)
are inactive when page displayed. More precisely if you open "Search Case" page, corresponding link is not active. The others are fine.
That complicates simple usecases as following:
1. Click Search Case link
2. open any support case detail
3. if you want to go back to the searched cases list, you need to click another link and Search Case link afterwards to get to wanted destination.
This can be seen on attached video.
