CXF PAYLOAD data format ignores the namespace of xsi:type

It looks like when a soap request gets send to the camel cxf endpoints that uses PAYLOAD data format and the namespace is inline on the soap body then cxf ignores the namespace of xsi:type. This however works if the namespace is defined in the soap body.
