Tracker bug to document best practices deployment workflow in a fabric environment.

Should cover:

1) Description of maven proxy and how it is utilized by fabric containers.
+ Child container config that specifies remote maven proxy. What gets auto-configured? How to change if required?
+ Securing maven proxy

2) Client side workflow from developer machine -> fabric env
+ How to publish business applications to the fabric
e.g. mvn deploy config to deploy to fabric maven proxy, any access permissions issues etc..

3) How business application bundles are resolved by a remote child container.

+ Sequence of how fab bundles resolve their dependencies e.g. fab within a feature
+ Issues that impact a child containers ability to resolve a bundle (security etc..)
