fabric example-cxf profile missing

The example-cxf profile doesn't exist. It was present in Fuse 6.1 and is also mentioned on / linked-to from the current /fabric/profiles/example/ReadMe.md

It seems to have been removed as part of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-2317 , whose point was to remove profiles depending on unsupported profiles. Since cxf is still supported, it probably should have had been updated instead of removed.
