When starting JBoss Fuse for the first time, it will show a message that tells the user to run esb:create-admin-user to create an admin user with all the correct roles assigned.

Right now, JBoss A-MQ comes with a readme file that tells the user to do the same thing, but it would be nice to have the same type of command available there as well.
