Missing feature "mq-fabric-camel" in Fuse 6.2

The "mq-fabric-camel" feature which was present in 6.1.1 (in io/fabric8/fabric8-karaf/1.0.0.redhat-412/fabric8-karaf-1.0.0.redhat-412-features.xml ) is not there anymore in 6.2 . It was apparently renamed to "camel-amq" with the change of the org.jboss.amq/mq-fabric-camel bundle to io.fabric8.mq/camel-amq

Both of these changes seems to be introducing backwards incompatibilities (feature name change, package name change) for no apparent reason. If the reason is to make the naming of the feature (mq-fabric-camel -> camel-amq) consistent with othe features, it should perhaps be added without removing the "mq-fabric-camel" feature.
