Can't create .karaf dir for command history on OSE

When disconnecting from Fuse command console, Karaf tries to write to "/var/lib/<gear-id>/.karaf/" to store command history. It fails because there're no write permissions for root dir of gear.

 [WARN] Failed to create directory: /var/lib/openshift/548960386892df61e1000266/.karaf
Connection to fuse-test.example.com closed.

The ".karaf" dir should be created in install script or the history should be stored elsewhere.
