Section 2.2. Installing Fuse imagestreams and templates on the OpenShift 4.x server,

step 7. Install Fuse on OpenShift image streams failed due to the error:

The reason was that the application-templates tag version "application-templates-2.1.0.fuse-sb2-7_11_1-00022-redhat-00002" does not exist. We should change this version to "application-templates-2.1.0.fuse-sb2-7_11_1-00016-redhat-00002" instead.

The step 8 has the same issue since it still uses the non-existing version "application-templates-2.1.0.fuse-sb2-7_11_1-00022-redhat-00002". However, the step 9 was ok and it uses correct version already "application-templates-2.1.0.fuse-sb2-7_11_1-00016-redhat-00002".
