Customer may create fuse-builder before creating fuse cartridge. "OPENSHIFT_FUSE_DOMAIN_DNS" and "OPENSHIFT_FUSE_DOMAIN_PASSWORD" will be none. Now git push fuse-builder, it will show error like:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal io.fabric8:fabric8-maven-plugin:1.1.0.CR5:deploy (deploy) on project rest: No <password> value defined for the server fabric8.upload.repo in your ~/.m2/settings.xml. Please add a value! -> [Help 1]
      It's reasonable.
But when fuse cartridge exists, git push fuse-builder, it still show this error. That's no acceptable. Customer have to ssh into gear and modify settings.xml and rhcloud.settings.xml manually.

Another issue is can't find the directory "~/.m2/"
