Fuse ESB examples - The readme file is in markdown and not plain text

I think we should consider provided plain .txt files as the readme for our examples that we ship with Fuse Enterprise.

For example I dont think many windows users have file assoicated with .md to open the files. And therefore they cannot easily open the file in Windows Explorer.
Or from within Fuse IDE if they open the examples from our Fuse IDE product.

A plain .txt file is something that everybody can open and read asap.
