Here is a list of mvn repositories used with offliner tests:
http://indy.psi.redhat.com/api/content/maven/group/redhat-builds https://nexus.fuse-qe.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/repository/maven-central/ https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/fs-public https://repo.fusesource.com/nexus/content/groups/public https://maven.restlet.talend.com https://jcenter.bintray.com https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/ https://repo.spring.io/libs-milestone https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/m2-repo https://packages.atlassian.com/maven-external http://maven.irisa.fr/artifactory/list/kermeta-public-release/ https://artifacts.unidata.ucar.edu/content/repositories/unidata-releases/ https://www.seasar.org/maven/maven2/ https://maven.repository.redhat.com/earlyaccess/all/ http://resources.knopflerfish.org/repo/maven2/release/ http://alchim.sf.net/download/snapshots
https://jcenter.bintray.com seems to be down, might be even permanently, which causes the test to fail, as many artefacts cannot be downloaded.
But seems we can avoid this repository - I removed it from the list and all the artefacts were successfully downloaded.
maven-repositories.txt is part of the offliner zip file - needs to be updated there.
Log with failing artefacts: err_clean.txt
