Remove org.apache.servicemix.specs.stax-api-1.0 from Fuse ESB 7.0 features or repository if there is no predefined features/bundles need it.

org.apache.servicemix.specs.stax-api-1.0 is older than the one exported by Karaf system bundle which is at 1.2.0 and it is being used by all bundles that gets installed by default.

Is there any reason to include it in pre-packaged features (woodstox) like a locked down version number in the third-party bundle? It should be removed/changed to use the latest version that is exported from Karaf system bundle.
