Leverage YAKS tests but also POC the usage of camel-jbang which might be able to provide faster turnaround times when running Kamelet tests without a running Camel K infrastructure (e.g. Kind).

We can use YAKS also in a local environment where the Kamelet under test is run via camel-jbang. This would save us some time to start and manage a Camel-K runtime infrastructure.
