fabric:container-create-child - when multiple children are create - the names do not match the expected pattern

      This command:
      JBossFuse:karaf@root> fabric:container-create-child root child 2

      Should create:
      The following containers have been created successfully:
      Container: child1.
      Container: child2.

      But - it actually creates: children named: "child" and "2"
