[Fuse cartridge] Command container-create-child should be removed/hidden

As we discussed at PM meeting, the child container is not applicable in OSE environment due to port binding issues. The command "container-create-child" should be removed in command console and hidden in Hawtio new container form too. Or at least display some warning, that's not recommended / supported in OSE cartridge.
