Due to bug ~~QUARKUS-866~~, camel-quarkus-main doesn't work in Openshift

Workarounds:

Set Java startup arguments explicitly using quarkus.openshift.arguments in application.properties.
Copy the generated resources from target/kubernetes to src/main/kubernetes and remove the -cp argument (as well as the adjacent list of jars) there. The -cp argument is not needed at all.
