Console close/collapse hard to see

The close/collapse capability on the Console that drops down from the top is very hard to see if there is any content on the page below.

Suggest that the bottom bar with the collapse icon be inverted so that it has the same dark background to associate it with the console dropdown, and a light icon to indicate the collapse feature.
